There are only two Triangles that I can hit slightly consistently with my legs. The Triangle off the back, and this Triangle for short people from guard.
As someone whoâs only 5â4â, my set up has to be really crisp/accurate to even be able effectively threaten with it, but when I do this is the version that Iâll utilize.
