I recently recorded an episode with The Rol Radio podcast.
Going into it, I wasn’t really quite sure what the topic would be. In discussing it with Thomas Rozdzynski, he simply said, “the conversation will be fun, make sure you have stories.”
As I’m not the greatest story teller, I was a bit apprehensive but also excited.
In the end, my time on the show was fantastic! We did have a small issue, at some point during the recording I was disconnected after my computer shit down. Thomas was great in settling the conversation back with ease.
I hope some people are able to get something out of this episode. I believe it’s an honest reflection of who I am and the things that I’d like to do.
Episode Description - This week Thomas and his guest discuss the transformative power of jiu-jitsu, the need to embrace failure, the role of instructors beyond the mats, and more.
He is the curator of DFM Coaching, and instructor at Gracie La Mesa in La Mesa California, David Figueroa-Martinez.
