Bjj Mental Models and I sat down a few months back to discuss what it’s like to leave a gym. I’ve had to do it twice now, the most recent being a little over a year ago. Leaving a Jiu-Jitsu gym is a tough decision to make and it rarely comes without some emotions involved.
