Any leader of a gym or otherwise (anyone can be a leader if willing to accept the role and set the example) must consider emergency preparedness and this is one of the big ones. Thank you for the share

Completely agree.

Really, it doesn't take much. We were able to reach out to the Fire Department and set up the CPR training for free. All we had to do was pay for the cards. We're still looking into getting a defibrillator.

Respect. I’m lucky that it is required training for my job in healthcare.

Better to have and not need than one day need and not have. I think about this often in relation to gear and skills.
